Order Cancellation
You can change your mind before we start preparing your order.
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we'll process the cancellation and refund right away.
Once an order has been packed and handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled — the refund process below applies instead if there's a problem with what arrives.

Eligibility for Refund
- cancelDamaged Products: If the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged during transit.
- cancelWrong Product: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- infoNote: Due to the perishable nature of food items, "Change of Mind" returns are not applicable.

Share a photo of the received product and your order ID via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
