Kahaani Hamari

Ek ghar ki rasoi se shuru hua tha yeh safar.

It all began in a sun-drenched balcony, amidst the heavy fragrance of raw mangoes being sliced by Amma's steady hands. There was a rhythm to it—the scraping of spices, the slow pour of mustard oil, and the patient wait for the sun to work its magic on the Martbaans.

We remember the winters where the kitchen smelled of ghee and jaggery as the gujiya were rolled out on the wooden chakla. Every movement was a lesson in patience. Amma used to say, "Taste takes time, beta. You cannot rush the sun or the soul."

"Yaar, aise achaar bahar nahi milta."

That was the compliment that started it all. A neighbor, a friend, a distant cousin—everyone who tasted Amma's recipes said the same thing. It wasn't just the salt and the spice; it was the feeling of home captured in a jar.

Amma Ki Rasoi is our attempt to bottle that nostalgia. We use no preservatives, no shortcuts, and no compromises. Just the same raw mangoes, the same hand-ground spices, and the same love that filled our home decades ago.
